There are a total of 33 units left in the program, and are located within the condominuim complexes of Natick Village, Natick Green, and Deerfield Forest.

All thirty three remaining units will be sold at affordable prices to households with incomes at or below 80% of the area median income. Please check out the Eligibility Requirements section of this website for complete information.

The size and features of affordable units will vary. As the units will be scattered throughout the complexes, there will be some interior and exterior variation between unit types. However, each unit must comply with minimum unit standards established by the Town. In the case of existing units (not new construction) the interior of the affordable units must be brought up to the minimum standards established by the Town and agreed to by GGP Natick Residence LLC.

All affordable units will have a “Deed Rider” that will be filed with the deed at the time of purchase. This Deed Rider limits the amount that the unit can be resold for and requires the resale to another affordable buyer. The Deed Rider insures that the unit stays affordable in perpetuity.
